Afghanistan: Suicide VBIED Kills Three, Injures 22 Others
On 2 March 2018 at approximately 0900 hours local time, a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) detonated in Kabul, killing three and injuring 22 others. According to a spokesperson for the Afghan Interior Ministry, the VBIED blast occurred when a NATO convoy was passing through the area. No further information was provided on the types of explosives used in the attack. No group claimed immediate responsibility for the incident.
