Israel:  Palestinian Teen Arrested with Pipe Bombs at Courthouse

On 15 October 2017, a 17-year-old Palestinian and a second unidentified individual, attempted to enter the Shomron Military Court facility with two pipe bombs. The devices were discovered after officers became suspicious of the two individuals and subjected them to additional X-ray screening procedures. The X-ray revealed that the 17-year-old was carrying two pipe bombs. On 10 May 2017, a previous pipe bomb-smuggling attempt took place at the same courthouse.
