TRIPwire, 21 September 2017, 0800

On 20 September 2017 at approximately 0100 hours local time, a pipe bomb detonated outside of a home in Ardee, causing minor property damage. No one was injured and there was no clear motive for the attack. This is the second pipe bomb attack to occur in Ardee in the past month. An investigation is ongoing.
