Pennsylvania: IED, Meth Discovered in Private Residence

On 14 March 2020, officers from the St. Marys Police Department observed a 38-year-old male with an active warrant enter a vehicle with another male. The officers followed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop after witnessing the two men acting suspiciously. Officers discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The 44-year-old driver and the male with the active warrant were both arrested. While searching the residence of the 38-year-old suspect, police discovered an IED described as a pipe bomb, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Both suspects face multiple drug-related charges.
