United Kingdom: IIDs Thrown at Residence

On 29 September 2022, at approximately 2300 hours local time, Police Service of Northern Ireland officers and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service crews responded to a residence in Ballynahone Crescent in Armagh after several improvised incendiary devices (IIDs), described as petrol bombs, were thrown at the residence’s front door, setting it ablaze. No further device details were provided. According to officials, three people were inside the house at the time of the incident and managed to escape uninjured. The investigation is ongoing.
