Nebraska: Explosives Discovered Inside Home, 1 Arrested

TRIPwire, 7 November 2022 On 2 November 2022, Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) troopers and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in Lincoln and discovered two M-type explosives a shotgun, several boxes of ammunition, and narcotics. NSP Bomb Squad technicians responded to assist and safely removed the explosives. A 51-year-old male suspect was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and unlawful possession of an explosive.
