India: Commercial Explosive Used to Target Railway Line

TRIPwire, 15 November 2022 On 12 November 2022, local authorities responded after unknown suspects used a commercial explosive, known as Superpower 90, described as a gelatin powder, to target the Udaipur-Ahmedabad Railway Line on the Odha Bridge near Kewda Ki Naal. No injuries were reported. Authorities conducted a post-blast analysis of the scene where they discovered fuse wire and several other unidentified items. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The investigation is ongoing.
