Mexico: Explosives-Laden UAS Used to Attack Police

TRIPwire, 29 November 2022 On 26 November 2022, at approximately 1700 hours local time, unidentified suspects used an explosives-laden unmanned aircraft system (UAS) in conjunction with a small plane and pick-up trucks to attack the Encarnacion de Diaz municipal police station in Jalisco. No further details on the explosives were provided. Two police officers and two members of the armed group were killed in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
