The Improvised Explosive Device Reporting Guide (6th Ed 2024) is the product of extensive efforts across the U.S. government interagency explosives response stakeholders as well as the NATO Explosives Ordnance Disposal and Counter IED enterprise.

The TRIPwire Weekly Domestic IED Report includes an overview of significant domestic device-related incidents (including bomb threats and suspicious packages) and feature highlights of significant activity. The report incorporates device-related incident trends over time and organize the data on a national level and by the 10 Federal Regions.

The 2022 Explosives Incident Report (EIR) is an informational product prepared by the United States Bomb Data Center (USBDC) in collaboration with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP), using incident data reported in the Bomb Arson Tracking System (BATS) and open-source information through the Technical Resource for Incident Prevention (TRIPwire).

CISA Tabletop Exercise Packages (CTEPs) are a comprehensive set of resources designed to assist stakeholders in conducting their own exercises. Partners can use CTEPs to initiate discussions within their organizations about their ability to address a variety of threat scenarios to include IED threats.

This resource is provided to inform law enforcement, terrorism prevention practitioners, other first responders, community leaders, as well as the general public about both threats of violence and contextual behaviors that suggest an individual is mobilizing to violence.
