On 29 November 2022, Romanian Police and Constanta County Police Inspectorate responded to the Constanta Exhibition Pavilion after explosives were used to target an ATM. No additional details about the explosives have been released. Two suspects, a 48-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, were arrested at the scene. The suspects were under police surveillance due to their connection to additional ATM attacks in Castelu and Mamaia.

Colorado: 1 IED Functioned, 2nd IED Discovered at a Residence

On 24 November 2022, at approximately 0545 hours local time, Colorado Springs Police Department officers responded to a residence on Norwood Avenue for a reported shotgun blast near the back door and discovered remnants of a functioned IED, as well as a viable IED at the scene. No further details about the devices have been released. The Colorado Springs Regional Explosives Unit responded to assist and rendered the unexploded IED safe. The incident remains under investigation.
