Bomb-Making Materials Awareness Program (BMAP) Employee Card

When reporting suspicious activities to law enforcement, fill out the Suspicious Activity Reporting card #1. Use cards #2-#4 to help recall what you witnessed when filling out card #1. A completed form is provided as an example. Proper reporting of suspicious activities at your point-of-sale location is a critical component of BMAP.
