No further device details have been released, and no injuries were reported. The incident remains under investigation.

On 8 March 2023, at approximately 0523 hours local time, two unknown suspects used explosives to attack a bank ATM in Espelkamp, before fleeing the scene. No further details about the explosives have been released, and it is unclear whether any cash was stolen.
