On 6 May 2023, at approximately 2330 hours local time, an unknown suspect threw an improvised incendiary device (IID) at a dormitory that houses asylum seekers in Korb, Rems-Murr, before fleeing the scene. The IID hit a shutter and fell to the ground outside the building, where it was extinguished by a resident. No injuries were reported, and no further device details were provided. Germany: Explosives Used in ATM Attack

California: IIDs Thrown at RV, 1 Arrested

On 28 April 2023, at approximately 0245 hours local time, Clovis Police Department and fire crews responded after a suspect lit multiple improvised incendiary devices (IIDs), described as Molotov cocktails, to set a recreational vehicle (RV) on fire that was parked on the side yard of a Clovis residence. The fire spread to two homes and caused an unknown amount of damage. No further device details were released, and no injuries were reported. The 47-year-old male suspect was arrested on 3 May 2023 and is facing multiple charges related to the incident.
